I grew up on the suburban North Shore of Chicago. My family moved to South Florida where I lived and worked for 17 years. I did a brief stint in New York City before moving to Philadelphia in 1984. I have a keen understanding of the problems and concerns of moving across town or across the country. Upon completion of my bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration from Babson College, I decided to travel. My first job out of college was teaching school aboard a 176-foot sail training ship in Europe and North Africa. This gave me the chance to use a lot of my Eagle Scout training during those two years away from home. In 1986, I married Hillary and moved to Bala-Cynwyd. We still live there with our two daughters and German shepherd. My hobbies include hiking, camping, antique shopping and old cars. My constant desire to better serve my clients has pushed me to earn his Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers License. I am a Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I have published a booklet that is used nationally by other real estate professionals to assist Seniors in deciding to stay or move from their present home. I am proud to be a Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. I serve on the Professional Standards Committee where I hear and judge complaints from the public and between Realtors. I serve on the Executive Board at my synagogue and have been elected to the Board of Directors. I have lectured at a local university and have spoken around the region on real estate topics. I have been assisting people in the area who are buying and selling real estate since 1988. |
